All pupils in Year 10 and 11 had the opportunity to meet potential employers, apprenticeship providers, colleges and universities from around the UK. Ran by Skills North East it was an interactive and inspiring event for 14 to 19 year olds.
It gave students time to talk to the people that may help and influence their future job and career choices.
There was a wide range of jobs and training opportunities to look at and to gain inspiration for their future careers. Whether they choose to go to university/college, embark on an apprenticeship or go directly into work, choosing the right career for them is the first step to determining what further learning they need to get there.
