To support our pupils Mental Health and Resilience, Mr Johnson will be delivering a Mental Toughness and Anxiety Management workshop during October 2018. The workshop looks into practical skills and techniques to support pupils coping with exam stress and anxiety in the build up to GCSE exam time. This is the 3rd year these workshops have been delivered to the pupils with high levels of success.
The workshop focuses on practical strategies including Self Talk, Positive Affirmations, Breathing Techniques, Goal Setting and Imagery.
