A flying visit proved to be inspirational for our Year 10 students when Bishop Barrington held an RAF Motivational Day.
The event, on January 23, was led by Sergeant Andy Newby and Corporal Steve Johnson, and was well received by students.
Mr Nathan Powell, Leader of Learning Partnerships and Enterprise at Bishop Barrington, said:
Thirty Year 10 pupils took part, and thoroughly enjoyed the day, the aim of which was to motivate, raise aspirations, and develop enterprise skills such as teamwork, communication and presentation.
The two RAF officers commented on how they had identified strong leaders from the day, and were impressed by the dedication of all the students who took part.
